Terms of cooperation and guarantees

  • We build our work on transparent and formalized rules that allow clients to plan their budget and be confident in the results.

  • Financial flexibility – payment can be made in a lump sum or distributed in stages (for example, monthly), which allows you to take into account the specifics of your company's financial planning.

  • The minimum collaboration period is three months. This period is necessary to implement the strategy, collect statistics, and consolidate initial results. This approach eliminates short-term solutions and ensures predictable growth.

  • Direct access to advertising accounts (Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center). All tools are owned by the client: we create and configure accounts, but you retain access rights and control.

  • Personal accountability. A dedicated project manager is assigned to coordinate all processes, from campaign launches to analytics and monthly strategic reports. This eliminates the "blurring of responsibilities" and allows the client to work with a clear point of contact.

  • Confidentiality guaranteed. All terms are specified in the contract: information about your clients, budget, and business strategy is legally protected and cannot be shared with third parties.

Adaptation to the market and region

  • Language and region of display. Ads are created in the target market's language, taking into account the selected display geography.

  • Legal and technical requirements. All advertising materials comply with Google policies and local regulations (e.g., requirements for medical services, financial companies, or e-commerce).

  • Audience relevance. Campaigns are configured to deliver ads only to target regions and segments, excluding irrelevant traffic.

  • Regular traffic quality monitoring. We track the regions and devices from which clients are coming and promptly adjust settings to ensure the most effective use of your advertising budget.

Privacy and Security

  • We understand that advertising involves not only investments but also valuable data about businesses, clients, and internal strategies. Therefore, information security and compliance with agreements are an integral part of our work.

  • Contractual guarantees. All key terms of cooperation are set out in a formal agreement. It clearly outlines the scope of services, deadlines, access procedures to advertising accounts, client account ownership, as well as the parties' responsibilities and confidentiality provisions. This approach ensures transparency and legal protection at every stage.

  • Closed data access. All information about advertising accounts, audiences, budgets, and strategies remains the sole property of the client. Access to the systems is limited to a limited number of specialists directly working on the project.

  • Legal protection. Any transfer of data to third parties is prohibited and is governed by the terms of the confidentiality agreement.

  • Infrastructure security. All settings are made in client-owned accounts. We don't use third-party systems to manage budgets, eliminating the risk of loss or blocking.

  • Transparency of reporting. Clients can check statistics and change history in their advertising accounts at any time, maintaining full control over the process.

Flexible payment terms

  • We recognize that different companies may have different financial planning models. Therefore, we offer several payment formats, which are specified in the contract:

  • A single payment—the entire amount is paid upfront before work begins. This option is suitable for companies that prefer to cover their budget all at once.

  • Split into stages: first, you pay for the landing page or website development, then for the launch and management of advertising campaigns. This option allows you to distribute your investments sequentially.

  • Payment for a phased launch - since all Google ecosystem tools are implemented sequentially, each new advertising format (Search, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, etc.) is paid for before its activation, in accordance with the approved promotion strategy.

  • Possible payment methods: bank transfer by invoice (SEPA, SWIFT); payment by card; PayPal;

Important! The number of impressions and customer flow directly depend on the budget for clicks and impressions themselves, and not on the cost of setup.
